Software Requirements:

Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Python, and TestNG. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript. Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Familiarity with software testing methodologies (unit testing, integration testing, etc.). Experience working with source control systems (Git, SVN, etc.). Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, HP Quality Center, etc.).

Overall Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automated tests for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the quality of software releases. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test data. Identify and report software defects, and track their resolution. Develop and maintain a test plan for each software release. Ensure all software changes are thoroughly tested before release.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and work with software code. Ability to work well in a team environment. Good communication skills. Attention to detail.

Experience:

At least XX years of experience in software automation testing. Experience with a variety of software testing tools and technologies. Experience in a software development environment. Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Design, develop, and execute automated tests for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the quality of software releases. Report and track software defects, and monitor their resolution. Maintain and update automated test scripts and test data. Review and provide feedback on software changes.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in software testing and automation (ISTQB, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Strong team player. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
