  • Review and interpret updated electronics schematics, assembly wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure a thorough understanding of product requirements. Able to understand and upgrade System Design.
  • Lead and coordinate the shop floor assembly team in efficiently building electronic and electrical components according to design and drawings.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical and electronic assembly issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain production flow.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to clarify design intent and provide feedback on manufacturability and assembly feasibility.
  • Develop and implement documented assembly procedures, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Analyze assembly data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations for electronic and electrical assembly.
  • Train and Guide junior resources on Products and implementation methods


Requirements● Diploma/ Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering
● Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a assembly lane, preferably with experience in leading electronic and electrical assemblies.
● Strong understanding of electronic components, soldering techniques, and printed circuit board (PCB) assembly processes.
● Proficient in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
● Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex electronic and electrical problems.
● Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole technology (THT) assembly processes is a plus.
● Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures for electronic assemblies.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
