Job Description

Position: ReactJS Frontend Developer

Experience: 7+ Yrs

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate – 15 days

Primary Skills: React, Redux, TypeScript / JavaScript, TailwindCSS, Next.js 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize user-friendly, responsive web interfaces using React.
  • Ensure applications are performant and scalable to handle large datasets.
  • Integrate and visualize large amounts of external data within the application.
  • Ensure effective data binding and state management.
  • Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment with rapid development cycles and evolving requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in defining the product roadmap and feature specifications.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the overall product and user experience.
  • Conduct thorough testing of front-end features and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the front-end stack.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and data scientists to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 of overall software development  experience 
  • At least 7 years of recent experience with React.js 
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles 
  • Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) 
  • Database experience in MongoDB and/or Postgres 
  • Knowledge with Tailwind CSS: (Utility centri CSS framework) 
  • Should be able to work independently with India & US based team members. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication with ability to articulate problems and solutions over phone and emails. 
  • Strong sense of urgency, with a passion for accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Ability to work calmly in high pressure situations and manage multiple projects/tasks. 
  • Ability to work independently and possess superior skills in issue resolution.
