Your day at NTT DATA

Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.

Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

What you'll be doing

Total 7 to 10 years of experience Network AdministratorHands on experience on Multicast ,ACI or equivalent technologies from below OEMplatforms ,ISE ,Nexus switching, ASR ,VMware NSXEngineer should have expertise in areas like troubleshooting and handling of variousNetworking devices and technology viz., Networking (LAN/WAN), switches, Routers etc.Configuration and Management of Network devicesUnderstanding, Configuration and administration of Cisco ACI solutionNetwork devices HA configuration build, monitor & supportExperience in Network Infrastructure solutions reviewExperience in performance management and capacity planning for NetworkrequirementsExperience in DR solution design, build and supportEscalation Management (Internal, within NSEIL and with OEM)Good communication skillsDegree BE/B.Tech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/ Electronics &Communication/Electronics or higher/Diploma in Computer Science with CCNA/CCNPCertification.
