Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at a leading CBSE school in Hadapsar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the educational sector and be responsible for generating leads and conducting both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) surveys to enhance our school's outreach and enrollment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into enrollments.
  • ATL & BTL Surveys: Conduct Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing surveys to understand market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, businesses, and community organizations.
  • Promotion: Promote the school's programs and achievements through various channels to increase visibility and attract prospective students.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on lead generation, market analysis, and survey results to the school management.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, preferably in the educational sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Local Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or familiar with the Hadapsar, Pune area.
