  1. House Keeping Cleaning Work
  2. Room Making / Bed Making
  3. Taking care of the floors & its cleanliness
  4. Taking care of Public Areas
  5. Understanding Guest Requirements & responding them well
  6. Solving Guest Queries with the help of manager or supervisor
  7. Taking initiative in other assignments as given by Supervisor or Manager
  8. Attending Guest Calls, knowing their requirement and respond accordingly
  9. Preparing Reports if required
  10. Reporting to Supervisor or Manager
