The Deputy Manager (Mortgage HomeLoans) serves as a Team Leader responsible for achieving teamtargets ensuring employee retention and optimizing efficiencywithin the assigned geography. They play a vital role in motivatingand engaging the team to drive performance and meet organizationalobjectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Area/GeographyMapping:

    • Allocate geographyat the team level and collaborate with team members on mappingstrategies.
    • Conduct regular auditsand reviews of area mapping progress sharing reports with superiorsforassessment.
  2. SourceRelationshipManagement:

    • Managerelationships with all sources within the teams geographic areafostering strong partnerships to drive businessgrowth.
  3. JointCalls:

    • Conduct daily jointcalls with the team comprising source visits and sales calls toprovide guidance and support in clientinteractions.
  4. ChannelPartnerRecruitment:

    • Identify andempanel channel partners to expand the network and enhance businessopportunities within the assignedgeography.
  5. TeamHuddle:

    • Conduct daily teamhuddles in accordance with established processes ensuring effectivecommunication and alignment ofobjectives.
  6. TeamReview:

    • Implement and reviewsales processes Loan Management System (LMS) procedures and dailyfunctions of all team members to optimize performance and adherencetostandards.
  7. HSPLHub Coordination:

    • Coordinatewith the credit team regarding loan applications logged into thesystem providing updates to team members and ensuring seamlesscollaboration betweendepartments.


Requirements
  • Provenexperience in mortgage or home loan sales with demonstratedleadership capabilities.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills for effective teammanagement and relationshipbuilding.
  • Sound knowledge of salesprocesses channel partner recruitment and geographic mappingstrategies.
  • Ability to conduct jointcalls facilitate team huddles and drive performancereviews.
  • Proficiency in coordinatingwith internal teams particularly credit departments to expediteloanprocessing.
