As an ideal candidate youllhave a sharp business mind and multitaskingability.

Tasks
  • Controland process all the orders in SAP and prepare any requireddocuments for Import/Export and within India shipping as Governmentrequires.
  • Provide timely support to sales teamin terms of quotation proforma invoice and post salesactivities.
  • Prepare any bank documents requiredfor processing payments to the HQ and when required for thefulfilment of any sales.
  • Work closely withlegal and safety departments to make sure activities remaincompliant.
  • Ordering necessary supplies for thedevelopment of the activities of all departments.
  • Oversee materials and inventory management andperform stock Audit yearly or when required byManagement.
  • Supervise stock levels are correctand shipments are received at Bangalores warehouse correctly tofulfil the current and future orders.
  • Supervisesampling hose assembling related activities in the warehousecontrolling that all the required assembly documentation iscorrectly filled and stored.
  • Supervise officeand warehouse sanitisation andmaintenance.
  • Other relatedtasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in operations management business administration or relatedfield.
  • 2 years proven experience in anoperations management position.
  • Highly trainedin conflict management and business negotiationprocesses.
  • Knowledge of general businesssoftware and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Workingknowledge of management software programs including SAP andSalesforce.
  • Strong IT skills including databasedevelopment.
  • Experience in Invoicing andfilling Logisticsdocumentation.
