This role is essential in maintaining customersatisfaction regulatory compliance and continuous improvement inour processes and products.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement quality management systems
  • Lead andmentor the quality assurance team
  • Establishquality standards and procedures
  • Conductregular audits to ensure compliance
  • Resolvequalityrelated issues and implement correctiveactions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto drive process improvements
  • Manage andanalyze quality data and reports
  • Ensureadherence to regulatory requirements
  • Coordinatewith suppliers and vendors to maintain qualitystandards
  • Train staff on quality procedures andbest practices
  • Participate in new productdevelopment and launch processes
  • Monitorcustomer feedback and implement necessaryimprovements
  • Prepare and present qualityperformance reports to senior management
  • Drivea culture of quality and continuous improvement within theorganization
  • Stay updated on industry bestpractices and qualitytrends
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in arelevant field (e.g. Engineering QualityManagement)
  • Proven experience in a qualitymanagement role
  • Strong knowledge of qualitystandards and systems (e.g. ISO FDAregulations)
  • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills
  • Analytical and problemsolvingabilities
  • Experience in process improvementmethodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean)
  • Ability tointerpret and analyze data to drive qualityimprovements
  • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Certification in qualitymanagement (e.g. CMQ/OE CQM CQE)preferred
  • Experience in conducting audits andmanaging compliance
  • Proficiency in qualitymanagement software and tools
  • Understanding ofrisk management and mitigationstrategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in acrossfunctional environment
  • Attention to detailand commitment to delivering highqualityresults
  • Knowledge of supply chain qualitymanagement principles
