Digital Marketing Analyst

As a part of the Analytics team, you will be working with the team to continuously improve our marketing efforts by providing actionable insights and helping with data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of all analytics initiatives working with teams around the globe.
Mapping business requirements - An essential part of your role will involve working on implementing measurement digital KPIs using Google Analytics and GTM that align with business objectives, producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards, and delivering periodical, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight. The candidate should come with an excellent data understanding and knowledge in Google Tag Manager and other digital analytics tools.
Teamwork - Being a part of the analytics team, teamwork is essential. Your overall support will ensure efficiency, consistency, and timely delivery of projects which is very crucial. Great communication skills are mandatory.

We are looking at Google Analytics enthusiasts at with 1-3 years of experience. The person should be process-driven, and have superior written and communication skills. Ability to learn, adapt and excel upon guidance.
Job Requirements
Good understanding of KPI and Goals in GA4: Analysis of Accounts, Active Users, Audiences, Bounce Rate, Session Duration, Cohort Analysis, Campaign (information/ tags), Conversion, Cost Analysis, Goals (Completion/ values) Manage and implement web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels. Develop and maintain customized tracking solutions to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Create and maintain comprehensive digital dashboards to provide real-time and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders. Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends, patterns, and visualization in Looker Studio. Integrate digital data from various sources to gain a holistic view of marketing performance. Strong data visualization and automation ability to comprehend advanced Excel outputs to suggest alternate visual representations for concepts. Proactively seek, identify , and evaluate innovative opportunities for growth & improvementKey Competencies
Proven experience (1 - 3 years) in Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio & other advanced analytics digital analytics, web analytics, and marketing data strategy. Extensive knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization platforms. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques to derive insights from complex data sets using Excel, SQL Python etc Understanding of SQL, R and / Or Python with methodologies used for advanced analytics is required Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Employee Specification:
