Job Overview


We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Male Care Taker to join our team at our client place based at Bhiwani (Haryana). As a Care Taker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon with a competitive salary range.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Prepare and serve meals based on dietary requirements
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Adhere to all company policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure client safety and well-being


Qualifications and Skills


  • Previous experience as a Care Taker or similar role
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards clients
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform care tasks
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
