Job Overview
We are seeking a Jr. Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Jr. Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising activities to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in merchandising.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in the Handmade Paper & Paper Products industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in product sampling and prototype development
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist in business development activities and market research
- Maintain and update product catalog and inventory
- Provide support in organizing trade shows and exhibitions
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
