·         Position: Academic Counselor / Language Trainer

·         Job Role: Full-time

·         Role Overview:
As a Language Trainer at Donams, you will help students improve their language proficiency and communication skills. This position is ideal for recent postgraduates who are passionate about teaching and want to help students reach their full language learning potential.

·         Key Responsibilities:

·         Evaluate students' language skills to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

·         Create personalized language training sessions based on student requirements and curriculum objectives.

·         Deliver engaging, interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles.

·         Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.

·         Use VidhyaDhan to track and report on student progress.

·         Participate in research and development initiatives to refine training methods, contributing to continuous improvement.

·         Qualifications:

·         Postgraduate degree in any field (language-related degrees preferred).

·         Passion for teaching and a strong belief in students' potential for growth.

·         Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

·         Cultural sensitivity and alignment with Donams' mission and values.
