Job Description

Development & implementing the talent acquisition sourcing strategy for open positions Utilizing a variety of sourcing channels to attract talent, qualify candidates and be the first point of contact for candidates Obtain and capture talent insights and market intelligence Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing goals by employing diverse strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline. Ensure strict adherence to _VOIS standards of compliance by adhering to the process. Delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process. Maintaining timely and accurate information on Applicant Tracking System -Success Factor Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience Experience in Sourcing/ Recruiting experience for technical/digital skill sets ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

Desired Experience

Staffing industry or Corporate Talent Acquisition background preferred Strong experience in sourcing in IT & non-IT skills Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. Ability to execute sourcing strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
