Job Description
1. Overall control of QA department
2.Review of product quality related customer complaint and feedback.
3.Identification of training needs and evaluation of training to personnel reporting to him.
4.Review of In-house, supplier quality performance
5.Review customer complaints, Conduct Management Review Meeting.
6. Review in-house, supplier and customer PPM.
7.Get PPAP approval from customer.
8.Overall responsibility for inspection activities at all stages of production.
9. Calculate & monitor Internal, Supplier PPM & COPQ
10. Initiate CAPA for inhouse, supplier & Customer complaints .
11. Evaluate customer specific requirement & risk analysis,
12.Montoring field return and repairs.and preparing contingency plan to evaluate internal risk and external risk
13. Fixing target to Qualty Objective and taking acton to achive target
14. Responisible for identification of special characteristic.
15.Documented process for continual improments.
16. Responsible for QMS Documentation
17. Responsible for QMS & EHS Certification and customer audits .
18. Familier with IATF Core tools
19. IATF lead auditor
20. EHS Internal auditor
21. Knowledge of TPM
22. Awareness of QMS ( ISO/IATF )
23 Awareness on QSR
24. Knowledge of 7 QC tools
25. working kowldge on EHS
26.General Administration
