JobDescription:
Asa Mortgage Processor at PrivoCorp youll play a critical role infacilitating themortgage
loanprocess from application to closing. Youll work closely with loanofficersunderwriters
andborrowers to ensure all necessary documentation is obtainedverified andprocessed
accuratelyand efficiently. Your attention to detail organizational skills andknowledgeof
mortgagelending regulations will be essential as you navigate thecomplexities ofthe
mortgageindustry
Roles&Responsibilities:
Process mortgage loan applications accurately and efficientlyfromorigination toclosing.
Review each loan file to verify that documents are present accurateandcomplete
beforeunderwriting
Review applicant s income and asset documents to assess eligibilityandensure
compliancewith lendingguidelines.
Communicate regularly with loan officers underwriters and borrowerstogather
informationprovide updates and resolveissues.
Enter and maintain loan application information in our mortgageprocessingsystem.
Manage loan process through mortgage software system (RegistrationSubmission
ConditionClearingClosing)
Ensure all loan applications and documentation comply with federaland statelending
regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficientloanprocess.
Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during themortgage
processingprocess.
Ensure that loan rules obligations and deadlines aremet
Audit and prepare quality files that meet closingobjectives

Requirements

• Musthave a 23 years of experience in USMortgage
  
• Bachelors degree orequivalent
  
• Previous experience with mortgage loan processingpreferred
  
• Knowledge of FHA VA Conventional and USDA loans is aplus
  
• Experience in voice processing with US clients is aplus.
  
• Flexibility to work on night/day shift as per clientrequirement
  
• Work from Office (InfoparkKakkanad)
  
  

Must have a 2-3 years of experience in US Mortgage Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent Previous experience with mortgage loanprocessing preferred Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDAloans is a plus Experience in voice processing with US clients is aplus. Flexibility to work on night/day shift as per clientrequirement Work from Office (Infopark, Kakkanad)
