 After approval of Project Head & Design Head, Making the purchase order & work order, Taking TAX
inputs from Accounts Head & provide to Project head for final inspection & releasing the same.
 Maintain/ preparing project / procurement documentation project wise.
 Follow up for the billing from Sites & vendors for Submitting to accounts, after taking signing from
project head.
 Keeping proper documentation of various projects for required documents as per project head.
 Checking invoices and verify project wise and submit to accounts department.
 Collecting all required details of vendors & submitting to Accounts Head as per their requirement.
 Reconciling venders accounts with project head.
 Following up for handing over documents for submission to the clients
 Coordination with site team and project execution team & Report to Project Head.
 Making cost sheet project wise.
 Preparing the contacts list for various contractors & vendors for upcoming projects.
 Managing all rectification work related to closure projects like snag work, non schedule items and
close Project accordingly.
 Maintain records of goods ordered and receive.
