Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.

As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Global Shares team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

As a Product Owner at JPMorgan Chase within the Global Shares team you play a key role in the formulation of product strategy and roadmap management. You will work closely with both the Engineering and Customer teams- managing the backlog of product requirements from all stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, communicating, and delivering quality software product releases to provide maximum business value.

Job responsibilities

Manage a team of product owners and ensure all are aligned with the goals and objectives of the business. Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination. Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners. 

Required quali fi cations, capabilities, and skills.

Experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities. Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies  Experience working as an Agile Product Owner or similar. Previous experience in business and/or IT. Skilled in using agile software development processes with a focus on delivering quality software. Agile Certification. Experience of working with JIRA & Confluence Excellent Communication skills Analytical talent / Problem solving. Project management skills Thought Leadership  Decision-making Collaboration attitude Presenting a point of view and  Most importantly Management of stakeholders

Preferred quali fi cations, capabilities, and skills

Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics  A degree of self-motivation suitable for a “start-up” team, and superior work ethics with adaptability to push beyond the usual.
