Role&Responsibilities
  • Developand refine AI prompts: Create test and iterate onprompts to generate highquality content aligned with our brandvoice tone andmessaging.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams: Work closely with contentcreators brand managers and communications specialists tounderstand their needs and translate them into effectiveprompts.
  • Optimize promptperformance: Analyse prompt performance metricsidentify areas for improvement and refine prompts accordingly toenhance content quality andefficiency.
  • Stay updated on AIadvancements: Keep abreast of the latestdevelopments in AI natural language processing and generativemodels to explore new opportunities for contentcreation.
  • Ensure brandconsistency: Develop prompts that consistently alignwith our brand identity and guidelines across various contentformats.
  • Experiment with AIdrivencontent formats: Explore innovative ways to leverageAI for content creation such as blog posts social media contentpress releases and internalcommunications.
  • Contribute tocontent strategy: Provide insights andrecommendations based on AI generated content performance to informoverall content strategy.
  • Manageprompt engineering projects: Oversee promptdevelopment projects from inception to completion ensuring timelydelivery and adherence to projectgoals.
  • Adhere to ethical AIpractices: Prioritise responsible AI use by ensuringprompts and generated content align with ethical guidelines andavoid biases.

  • Proven experience inprompt engineering or a related field.
  • Strongunderstanding of natural language processing machine learning andAI models.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideasclearly.
  • Deep understanding of branddevelopment and messaging.
  • Proficiency incontent creation and editing.
  • Ability tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Experience with AI tools and platforms(e.g. ChatGPT GPT4).
