KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with RMto create consistent quality designs and layouts

Create design and manage a suite of communications

Suggest creative formats to meet ongoing communications needs, design and articulate graphical representation of complex business solutions into saleable solutions

Working on images to ensure appropriate color profiling 

Adhering to studio workflow processes and best practices in all day-to-day activities. 

Adhering to brand guidelines, project timeline should be a standard practice

Assess and review the success of communications materials

Design and deliver customer communications/customer correspondence/customer document design excellence

Enhance the quality and sophistication of presentation and graphics-based output for strategically important deals. 

Produce and manage graphic collateral and generic presentations suitable for business-wide use 

Promote the consistency and excellence of business-wide graphic collateral as part of the Content project. 

Consider the aesthetic look and feel of any document or piece of communication and be able to provide alternative solutions

Re-touch images to improve quality, where appropriate

Ability to work with templates, and style guides and have a good understanding of how a brand works across various collateral

Ability to conceptualise and design infographics for high impact visuals

KEY COMPETENCIES [CREATIVE]

Deploy high-end design skills

Expert skills in typography, color, balance, layout and design

Experience in video/animation design and production is desirable

Explore, question, challenge and assimilate the design and production process

Challenge a brief through lateral thinking to stretch boundaries and redefine creativity

Have a very good eye for detail to deliver all work to a high level of accuracy

Ability to understand and follow established brand guidelines and styles

Good understanding of marketing and advertising concepts

TECHNICAL

Aptitude about the adoption of new technologies and processes 

Must demonstrate advanced technical or specialist knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent

Up-to-date advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel

General ability to understand various presentation and graphics tools

Advanced understanding of how to link video, animation, and import files within a given presentation structure/tool

Working with images to ensure appropriate color profiling and suitability for print

Good understanding of pre-press for print and onscreen

Have an up-to-date knowledge of industry software

Own and take responsibility for work e.g., consistency, accuracy, creativity, and quality

Possess a critical eye for accuracy and attention to detail

Work with all team members to develop feedback mechanisms and lead continuous improvement

Maintain the integrity of the brand across all channels, both print, presentations and online

Diploma in Printing Tech. or Design Course

Five+ years of experience in an Advertising Agency, Design Studio, or Publishing
