Sr Architect

JobOverview:

We are seeking a talented andexperienced Senior Architect for Real Estate Company. The SeniorArchitect will play a key role in leading the design anddevelopment of projects till completion. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in architecture a passion for innovationand a commitment to delivering exceptionalresults.

JobResponsibilities:

• Lead thearchitectural design process for new projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams includingproject managers engineers and designers to ensure that designobjectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gatherrelevant data and evaluate project feasibility.
• Prepare and present design proposals includingdrawings models and presentations to clients for their reference.
• Oversee the preparation of constructiondocuments including plans elevations sections and details incompliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to juniorstaff members fostering a collaborative and supportive workenvironment.
• Stay abreast of industry trendsbest practices and emerging technologies in architecture anddesign.
• Ensure that projects adhere toestablished quality standards design guidelines and sustainabilityprinciples.

JobRequirements:

• Bachelors orMasters degree in Architecture.
• Prior workexperience in the Real Estate Industry would be an added benefit.
• Ability to handle the projects singlehandedly.
• Strong conceptual and design skills with theability to translate ideas into compelling visual presentations.
• Excellent communication collaboration andleadership abilities.
• Knowledge of buildingcodes zoning regulations and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment toexcellence in all aspects of work.
• A creativethinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
