Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering & Maintenance professional to join our team at Flowchem Pharma Pvt Ltd. This role requires a Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. As an Engineering & Maintenance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. The job location is Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, India. This is a Full-Time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in Engineering & Maintenance roles
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance and safety of our facilities and equipment
• Handle emergency repairs and minimize downtime by taking swift and efficient actions
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation for regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering and maintenance practices
