Monotype Solutions India is a strategic center of excellence for Monotype and is a certified Great Place to Work® three years in a row. The India center is the largest headcount location of Monotype. It is based in NOIDA, Sector 125 (Delhi/NCR). The focus of this fast-growing center spans Product Development, Product Management, Experience Design, User Research, Market Intelligence, Research in areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Innovation, Customer Success, Enterprise Business Solutions, and Sales.
Monotype is looking to hire an Information Security Analyst to join Monotype. This position will be tasked
with performing security investigations, coordinating breach response, and maintaining the security
monitoring infrastructure. We are willing to hire without experience and training but will consider
candidates with experience in the role. This candidate will work with internal Information Technology,
Product Assurance, Engineering and Tech Stack Vendors.
You will have an opportunity to:
• Analyzes threat information from multiple sources, disciplines, and agencies across the
Intelligence Community.
• Synthesizes and places intelligence information in context; draws insights about the possible
implications.
• Analyzes collected information to identify vulnerabilities and potential for exploitation.
• Identifies and assesses the capabilities and activities of cyber criminals or foreign intelligence
entities; produces findings to help initialize or support law enforcement and counterintelligence
investigations or activities.
• Responds to crisis or urgent situations within the pertinent domain to mitigate immediate and
potential threats.
• Uses mitigation, preparedness, and response and recovery approaches, as needed, to maximize
survival of life, preservation of property, and information security.
• Investigates and analyzes all relevantresponse activities.
• Support, maintain and enhance IDS/IPS and other security monitoring capabilities.
• Assist IT in system and network hardening.
• Assist IT in malware remediation.
• Assist IT in configuration auditing of network and operating systems.
• Conduct or assist in internal penetration testing.
• Engage with internal as well externalstakeholders and build successful partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
● Understanding of network, systems, application, and cloud security, specifically with AWS.
● Technical communication and analytical skills.
● Time management and organization skills with an aptitude towards creative problem solving.
● Oral and written communication skills;strong presentation skills.
● Working knowledge and experience in compliance/remediation efforts of relevant domestic and
international security standards and best practices such as PII, PCI DSS, ISO 27001/2, SSAE 16,
SOX and AML.
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent
