Tasks
  • Conduct lead generation by scouting prospects/leads through online bidding platforms (such as Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Jigsaw, Hoovers) and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Craft customized proposals, costing estimates, and project schedules.
  • Drive business growth through referrals and acquiring new accounts.
  • Engage with clients via calls to comprehend their technical requirements.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and adept client-handling skills.
  • Acquaint yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Display the ability to convert leads into projects.
  • Capable of project management in collaboration with the development team.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms.
Requirements

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with significant experience in online platforms such as Upwork, along with a background in inside and direct sales being advantageous. Strong communication skills are a necessity.
