Overview:We are lookingfor a talented individual with expertise in HashiCorp Vault to joinour team as a Vault Specialist. The successful candidate will beresponsible for the design implementation and maintenance of Vaultinfrastructure ensuring the security and integrity of sensitivedata for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity towork with cuttingedge technologies and collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to deliver secure and scalablesolutions.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Designdeploy and maintain HashiCorp Vault infrastructure to meet thesecurity requirements of our clients.
  • Developand implement access control policies secrets management strategiesand encryption mechanisms usingVault.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and securityteams to integrate Vault into CI/CD pipelines and automate keymanagement processes.
  • Provide technicalexpertise and guidance to internal teams on best practices forusing Vault to protect sensitive data.
  • Conductregular audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliancewith security standards andregulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to Vault infrastructure including performance optimizationand scalability challenges.
  • Stay updated onemerging trends and advancements in security technologiesparticularly related to secrets management andencryption.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • Extensive experience with HashiCorpVault including installation configuration andadministration.
  • Strong understanding ofcryptographic concepts key management and secrets managementprinciples.
  • Handson experience withinfrastructureascode tools such as Terraform for provisioning andmanaging Vault resources.
  • Familiarity withcloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and their native integrationwith Vault.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively incrossfunctional teams.
  • Relevant certificationssuch as HashiCorp Certified: Vault Associate or HashiCorpCertified: VaultProfessional
