Implementation of WCM Activities and ISO System requirement compliance.

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:

WCM Concepts, ISO system, Confluence System, Safety System and Knowledge of SAP.

Good spoken and written English skills is must.

JOB PROFILE :

Assist superior to coordinate and facilitate the effective implementation of WCM & Quality Systems, Employee Motivation Scheme to promote the continuous improvement with the involvement of employees in all spheres of management to achieve the Vision of the unit.

KRA 1: Plan and establish WCM practices and ABOE framework and ensure its dissemination at grass root levels in order to achieve the targeted key management focus areas of quality cost, innovation, delivery and productivity Plan and establish WCM practices and ABOE framework and ensure its dissemination at grass root levels in order to achieve the targeted key management focus areas of quality cost, innovation, delivery and productivity plan and establish WCM practices and ABOE framework and ensure its propagation at grass root levels in order to achieve the targeted key management focus areas of quality, cost, innovation, delivery and productivity. Facilitation for 5S Improvement, Visual development, Kaizen and Focused Improvement & Guide Autonomous Maintenance KRA 2: Maintaining the ISO systems (IMS) in the plant as per prescribed guidelines. Maintaining IMS document as per standards, Conducting, Reporting & follow-up for Internal Audits & Management Review. Assist superiors during Periodic Audits. KRA 3: Conducting Training on WCM and IMS to employees / workman & new Joinees. KRA 4: Assist in preparation of external awards for enhancement of employee's morale / motivation and structured development of all business areas KRA 5: Safety Assurance- Ensure implementation of all safety provisions for workmen & self.

Professional Qualifications:  B. Tech

Essential: Knowledge on WCM framework & ISO Systems, good communication & presentation skill, Influencing people, positive attitude & safety, broad overview of cement manufacturing process.
