We have requirement of MEPF Engineer for one of our leading client a Project Management Consultancy Firm for Ahmadabad Location.

*Shall be aware about the current norms for MEPF design criteria.

*Shall have MEPF design Experience in consulting firm.

*Coordinating with liaison consultant, Design Consultant, Architect, Master planning, Site team.

*Incorporating approved layout from local approval body into final GFC drawing through consultants.

*Checking concept of design & design criteria and drawings at preliminary level. This includes checking of water supply, drainage, rainwater, tank capacity, stp, pump capacity, HVAC systems load and capacity calculation, mechanical ventilation system, Electrical design, elevator & its traffic calculations.

*Making preliminary budget for the project for plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, Electrical and tracking of the same for all deviations.

*Co-ordination with MEPF consultant for drawing, DBR and design criteria.

*Checking of all GFC drawings.

*Checking of BOQ with respect to finalized specification, drawing and DBR.

*Facilitating in preparation of tender.

*Making rate analysis wherever required.

*Attending and leading for Pre-bid meeting, technical meeting and negotiation meeting.

*Random Quality checking for MEPF work & testing at site.

*Resolving technical issue related to execution and other team.

*Factory visit for material QA-QC checking
