Job Description
Weare seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join our team in thePharma industry. The ideal candidate will have 47 years of relevantwork experience and will be responsible for overseeingadministrative operations and ensuring smooth functioning of theoffice.
Responsibilities:
.Oversee and manage administrativestaff
. Develop and implementadministrative policies andprocedures
. Coordinate officeactivities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance withcompany policies
. Manageschedules and deadlines
. Monitorinventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materialwith attention to budgetaryconstraints
. Ensure the smoothand adequate flow of information within the company to facilitateother business operations
. Manageagendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the uppermanagement
. Manage phone callsand correspondence (email letters packagesetc.)
. Support budgeting andbookkeeping procedures
. Createand update records and databases with personnel financial and otherdata
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin Manager or similarrole
Proficient in MSOffice
Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities
Problemsolvingskills
Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or relevantfield
Minimum of 3years of experience in an administrative role within thepharmaceutical industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with officemanagement software and tools. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyin a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the abilityto work collaboratively with diverse teams. High level of accuracyand attention to detail in all tasks. Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proactiveapproach to problem-solving and process improvement. Self-motivatedwith the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
