Description: Role Purpose:
As an Intune SMEyou are responsible for endtoend management and troubleshooting ofMac iOS Android Rugged HoloLens devicesWindows(optional) includingbut not limited to OS Application Configuration Compliancemanagement.
Perform complex resolution activities todiagnose issues (related to application deployment configurationissue etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end userexperience.
Work with various teams to complete solutionas per the requirement/request from business.
Accountabilities:
8 years of total experience inmanaging iOS Android Windows HoloLens Rugged devices using any MDMSolution and minimum 3 years of experience on Intune.
Knowledge on Apple Business Manager Apple Developer Portal GooglePlay Enterprise portal is must.
Expertise in PowerShellScripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g. VBSBatch Scripts etc.) will be additional advantage.
Indepth knowledge to create and configure MDM policies
Create and Deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps/etc.) usingIntune i.e. managing application lifecycle.
Unattendedenrollment of Windows Mac iOS Android Rugged HoloLensdevices
Managing Software Updates and Feature Updatesfor Windows 10
Knowledge on MSGraph and Power BI will bean added advantage
Managing OS Upgrades for Mac iOSAndroid Rugged HoloLensWindows devices.

Critical Knowledge Experience andCapabilities:
Knowledge on creating packages usingPowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT).
ExpertlevelWindows 10 build architecture and deployment experience includingcustomization and branding of a Windows 10 build
WindowsAutopilot deployment experience using Azure/Intune.
Mapping of Active Directory GPO controls and settings to Intune MDMPolicies
Implementation of Kiosk Profiles.
Experience in device management for Windows iOS/iPadOS macOSAndroid.
Experience in configuring and managingConfiguration Profiles Compliance Policies Defender policiesFirewall rules etc.
Excellent knowledge of the MicrosoftAzure platform most particularly with Intune and multiple WindowsAutoPilot profiles.
Working knowledge of PowerShellscripting is a must.
Good understanding on Device andUser based Certificates (SCEP and NDES).
Excellentteamwork skills balanced with the ability to workindependently
Proven interpersonal skills and have basicknowledge office tools (e.g. Excel) for collecting and manipulatingdistribution results.
