Key Responsibilities:

• Manageand improve data quality across various types of insurance dataincluding delegated
data claims underwriting creditcontrol reinsurance finance actuarial and compliance.
• Perform data profiling to identify patterns andanomalies that affect data quality.
• Conductthorough analysis of data sets and data extracts to detect qualityissues.
• Develop and implement data scanningrules to automate the detection of data problems
integrating with data catalog and lineage in data managementtool.
• Report data quality issues outliningtheir potential impacts on business processes and
downstream usage.
• Develop SQL Queries toanalyse the data and implement validation rules.
• Work closely with data owners and other stakeholders tounderstand and enhance business
rules affecting dataquality.
• Facilitate meetings and workinggroups to report on findings and progress in data quality
initiatives.
• Ensure compliancewith data management industry regulations and standards in data
management practices.
• Analyzecurrent data rules and processes to identify areas forimprovement.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in data analysis with skillsin data quality rule implementation and
carrying outdata profiling.
• Excellent communicationskills for liaising with senior technology and businessstakeholders.
• Problem solving skills andconsideration of all areas of insurance process to work out the
approach to gather the requirements for improving dataquality across enterprise.
• Strong proficiencywith SQL and its variation among popular databases.
• Knowing PowerBI and DQpro will beadvantageous.
