Role: Senior Associate - Finance 

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Permanent

Mode: Hybrid

Working Hours: UK business hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

Own the entire Month end close process (AR, AP, Payroll, Intercompany, Bank, Accruals, Prepayment, Fixed Asset, Loan, CAPEX, Reconciliations etc) Compilation of Balance sheet reconciliations Manage the team to ensure consistent, timely and accurate reporting for the UKI region Work closely with FP&A lead on costs analysis Assist the Group Financial Control on consolidation and ad hoc reportingEnsure Accounting policy and reporting standard are adhered toSupport external auditInvolve in system implementation, process automation processSupport UK company tax-related matters (VAT, Income, and Corporation tax) and ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements

Requirements

Skills and experience required for this role:

Strong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work in fast-paced environmentExcellent organization and planning skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining quality and accuracy.Can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.Experience producing management and statutory financial statements (P&L, BS, CF)Advanced Excel skills NetSuite experience preferrableQualified ACCA/CA with 4-5 years of experience
