Overview:The ShiftIncharge Injection Moulding plays a crucial role in overseeing theoperations and processes of the injection molding department. Thisindividual is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning ofthe injection molding processes maintaining quality standards andleading a team of operators to achieve productiontargets.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Manage andsupervise the entire shift operations of injection plasticmoulding.
• Ensure adherence to productionschedules and quality standards.
• Lead andmotivate the team of operators to maximize productivity andefficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipmentand process issues to minimizedowntime.
• Implement and enforce safetyprotocols and procedures.
• Collaborate withmaintenance and technical teams to address equipment maintenanceand repair needs.
• Conduct regular inspectionsand quality checks to maintain productquality.
• Provide training and coaching to teammembers for skill development asnecessary.
• Report on shift performanceincluding production metrics and issuesencountered.
• Ensure compliance with productionregulations environmental health and safetystandards.
• Participate in shift handovermeetings to communicate relevant information to the nextshift.
• Identify and implement processimprovement initiatives to enhance efficiency andquality.
• Resolve interpersonal conflicts anddisciplinary issues within the team ifany.
• Contribute to the recruitment andonboarding of new staff asneeded.

RequiredQualifications:

• 3 to 6 years ofexperience.
• Diploma/Bachelors degree inEngineering or a related field ispreferred.
• Prior experience in a supervisory orincharge role within an injection moldingenvironment.
• Demonstrated knowledge ofinjection molding processes equipment andmaterials.
• Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic manufacturingenvironment.
• Good communication andinterpersonal skills to interact with crossfunctionalteams.
