The testing team defines develops maintains and executestest scripts for IT projects patches change requests and/ormaintenance items. The team strives to ensure that systemrequirements are satisfied for internal and external applicationusers. We ensure project testing is complete and testing risks areidentified prior to any implementation.
The testmanagement team provides regression integration performance andautomated functional testing for multiple platforms. The team worksclosely with users and development teams to keep the tests up todate.
The new team member will also provide criticalassistance in helping both functional users and developers inapplication testing across all organizations and applications.
Qualifications:
General Skills
Broadand progressive knowledge of Oracle applications and modules (EBSand APS).
Minimum five years experience as implementeror functional support resource for Oracle
Excellent oraland written communication skills.
Work wellindependently selfmotivated and directed.
Good judgmentand the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
Strong analytical problem solving and planning ability.Detailed oriented.

Technical Skills for functional testing:
Strong experience in UFT (Unified Functional Testing) version 12andlater.
Strong experience in the automation of OracleApplication with UFT.
Experience of creating andmaintaining the automated script library.
Programmingexperience and development background in VBScript.
Advanced level knowledge in the use of MS Excel.
Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
Good communicationskills (writing and speaking).
Strong functionalknowledge of Oracle Application.
Working knowledge oftesting concepts verification and validation techniques defectmanagement quantitative methods risk management and measurementprograms
Technical Skills for performance testing:
Strong testing experience in LoadRunner 11.52 and laterwith Oracle ERP/Web applications.
Development backgroundin programming C/C.
Should have indepth knowledgerelated to correlation and handling dynamic data.
Strongfunctional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Application.
Goodcommunication skills (writing and speaking)
UFT 12 andlater experience is preferred.
Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
