Wehelp thousands of paying members try something new in their cityevery month while helping our curated network of local businesspartners acquire passionate newcustomers.

We are inneed of a customer support representative who can handle email andSMS inquiries. Ideally this person would have extensive experienceusing Intercom. Our company is a consumer subscription startup andwe require support coverage during weekends and evenings not justthe typical 95 schedule. The busiest times are during the first andlast weeks of every month. We use Slack for internalcommunication.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers viaemail and SMS
  • Respond to customer inquiries andresolve issues in a timelymanner
  • Assist customers with accountmanagement and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with other teammembers to ensure customersatisfaction

Requirements:

  • Morethan 3 years of experience in a similarrole
  • Proficientwith Intercom Slack and GoogleWorkspace
  • Goodcommunication skills both verbal andwritten
