What are we lookingfor
  • To ensureproper financial reporting of the Company on a timely basis withproperanalysis.
  • Toensure compliance with all IRDAI reporting on time accurately withquality.
  • Toprepare and manage subsidiary company accounts by ensuring completeunderstanding and meeting timelines for the Board and otherrequirements by regulatoryauthorities.
  • Tomanage parent/promoter company requirements by coordinating withthem and ensuring properclosure.

Whatdoes the jobentail
  • Timelyand accurate reporting of financials for the Company including thereporting of SEBI LODR Disclosuresrequirements.
  • Preparationand overall management of subsidiary company accounts includinganalysis and review coordination with auditors closing Boardrequirements on time explanation to managementetc.
  • Preparationand analysis of consolidated accounts and notes toaccounts.
  • Timelyand accurate submission of all IRDAI reports on amonthly/quarterly/halfyearly and annualbasis.
  • Contributeto preparation of notes to accounts on a standalone andconsolidated basis ensuring requirements of regulations andaccounting standards aremet.
  • Preparationof reporting requirements as required by promoter/parent includingsupport in the preparation of Ind AS FFC/US GAAP/Schedule Sch Vrequirement for parentcompany.
  • Contributeto preparation of yearend and quarterly requirements includingMD&A preparation support in producing annual reportsrelated party disclosuresetc.
  • Identifyingautomation requirements and coordination for closure with IT andotherstakeholders.
  • Analysisof the performance of competitors and identifying the best industrypractices.
Education:
  • CA
Workexperience:
  • CA with 1012years of experience in financialreporting.
  • Financialreport preparation andanalysis.
  • IRDAIaccounting and reporting regulations importantly financefinancerelated.
  • Handsonexperience in MSOffice.
  • Accountingstandardsknowledge.
