Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineer

Experience  : 10 Years to 12 Years

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 10-12 years in MEP design and project management, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP design principles, codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

 

Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and Design managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals effectively.

Design Management:

  • Oversee the design process for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Review and approve design documents, drawings, and calculations prepared by the design team.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize design efficiency
    and sustainability.

Project Management:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish clear project objectives, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and safety of MEP designs and installations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and inspections of project deliverables to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements, industry trends, and regulatory changes related to MEP design and project management.

Budgeting and Resource Management:

  • Prepare project budgets and forecasts, track expenditures, and manage resources efficiently to optimize project profitability.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements and deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
