Weare looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervisedaily support operations of our company and plan the most efficientadministrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals tocomplete a range of administrative duties in differentdepartments.

  • Planand coordinate administrative procedures and systems and deviseways to streamlineprocesses

  • Recruitand train personnel and allocate responsibilities and officespace

  • Assessstaff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensuremaximumefficiency

  • Ensurethe smooth and adequate flow of information within the company tofacilitate other businessoperations

  • Manageschedules anddeadlines

  • Monitorinventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materialwith attention to budgetaryconstraints

  • Monitorcosts and expenses to assist in budgetpreparation

  • Overseefacilities services maintenance activities and tradespersons

  • Organizeand supervise other office activities (recycling renovations eventplanningetc.)

  • Ensureoperations adhere to policies andregulations



Requirements

  • Provenexperience as administrationmanager

  • Indepthunderstanding of officemanagement procedures and departmental andlegalpolicies

  • Familiaritywith financial and facilities managementprinciples

  • Proficientin MSOffice

  • Ananalytical mind with problemsolvingskills

  • Excellentorganizational and multitaskingabilities

  • Ateam player with leadershipskills

  • BBA/BAin business administration or relativefield
