Job Description:
1. Analysis & control the Quality of in raw materials i.e., Limestone Additives, fuels, raw meal & finished product clinker & cement to ensure the consistency of product. Chemical and physical testing of Cement, Calibration, and operation of XRF, Bomb calorimeter, Cross belt analyzer.
2. Ensure proper sampling, testing, and reporting of test results. Ensure product quality as per quality norms to ensure zero complaint. Liasioning with BIS and other regulatory bodies for statutory requirement.
3. Implement QMS, WCM related activities through involvement of team members of the section to improve productivity & Quality. Documentation related to ISO, BIS, WCM and safety.
4. RMH equipment safety, RMH MIS preparation.
Essential Qualification : BSc in Chemistry.
