ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Title: Front End React Developer

Overview:

As a Front End React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining user interfaces for web applications using React.js. You will work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop user interfaces for web applications using React.js.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive and interactive web pages.

Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

Stay up-to-date with front-end development trends and best practices.

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospective sessions.

Requirements:

Proficient in React.js and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Knowledge of server-side rendering and Next.js.

Understanding of web accessibility standards and techniques.

Familiarity with GraphQL.

Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcased on GitHub.
