Senior Associate Data Science L2

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Reporting and Analytics team, ensuring efficient operation and project delivery. (Up to 10 people) Foster a culture of collaboration, openness, and transparency within the team. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Tableau CRM platform. Develop smart data flows, data sets, lenses, and dashboards that enable the business to drive quick decision-making. Provide meaningful insights and interpretation of data, with actionable recommendations. Develop and create key reporting approaches. Take a consultative approach with Stakeholders and Platform users by introducing them to solutions concepts that address their specific business issues and needs. Work with Business Analysts to analyze and develop data-driven strategies for our different stakeholders. Conduct training and shadowing to develop the teams business insights. Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality results along with meeting all expectations for both internal team and platform users. Develop and enhance the data governance and inventory.Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field. Minimum of 8 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a relevant role. Proficient in Standard Salesforce, Salesforce CRMA, CPQ, Pardot, and Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics). Foundation understanding of VBA, SAQL, and JSON. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading large, complex projects. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to absorb, master, and leverage emerging technologies. Experience with PowerBI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in managing and collaborating with international teams is a plus.We offer:
