Key Responsibilities:
·Collaborate with data stewards across various departments to ensure proper data classification and ownership.
·Implement and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
·Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry data standards.
·Serve as a liaison between data management, functions and business departments.
·Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata to ensure consistency.
·Oversee the migration, storage, and archiving of data.
·Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to resolve data-related issues.
·Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in data processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities
·This position has/does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in data management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
·Proven experience in data management, governance, or quality assurance.
·Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Purview).
·Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
·Knowledge of relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
·Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
·Experience with data management in cloud environments.
·Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
·Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
