Job Description
At the forefront of educational innovation, we specialise in AR/VR, Robotics, and AV solutions, revolutionising the way educational content is delivered.

We are seeking a Business Development & Accounts Manager with a proven track record in school-related sales and a robust network within educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who is not only passionate about technology but also skilled in forging lasting relationships. This role involves extensive fieldwork, connecting with new schools, and selling our cutting-edge products. You will be tasked with maintaining these accounts, strategizing for success, and leading a team towards achieving sales targets. You will be reporting directly to the company directors, playing a crucial role in the re-establishment of the department.

The 4 key responsibilities are: 
  1. Field Engagement: Frequent travel to meet clients, presenting our innovative products and building new relationships.
  2. Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets.
  3. Team Leadership: Building and managing a sales team, guiding them to achieve set goals.
  4. Reporting: Regularly updating the directors on progress and performance.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the education sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional salesmanship, team management abilities, and a knack for nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and guiding a sales team towards success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for technology.
  • Experience with CRM tools for capturing and monitoring data is essential.
  • A keen interest in technology, especially AR/VR and robotics.

Requirements
Pleasant demeanour and a knack for building and maintaining relationships. Passion for technology and a desire to learn about our products and solutions. No formal qualifications required - we're looking for individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn. On-field sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to adapt to new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Access to a smartphone and willingness to embrace technology tools for sales purposes.
