Job Description:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service (Target 100 to 150 calls daily)

2. Influences customers to buy or retain product or service.

3. Answer questions about products or the company

4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

5. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

6. Enter and update customer information in the database

7. Take and process orders in an accurate manner Handle grievances to preserve the company reputation

9. Mail Campion with client

10. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Desired Competencies

a. Any Graduate

b. 0.6 - 1 years of experience

c. Strong Verbal & written communication skill

Cool-tempered and able to handle customers with patience

e. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issue and address complaints

Segment:

  1. Power Electronics Background(UPS/Inverter/Solar Background)
  2. Electronics or Electrical background.
  3. Worked into Product sale(Loan/Real Estate/Credit Sales)
  4. Central down-line candidates.
  5. Convincing and Strong Communication Skills.
  6. Basic Computer Knowledge(Excel/Word)
