Who We’re looking for

Are you a skilled marketing professional eager to take on an exciting role creating modern customer experiences that drive customer activation, adoption and engagement? Join our dynamic and expanding team focused on creating customer value through user-centric digital journeys. The  Product Management team of Cisco Spaces  that’s focused on Customer Lifecycle Marketing has just the right role for you.

What You’ll Do

You will lead the development of customer and user communications, including use case messaging, product updates, newsletters, service notifications, and satisfaction surveys. As a custodian of our brand, you will consistently uphold our brand promise and narrative across all communications. You will provide regular updates to key stakeholders on future initiatives and project outcomes. Your exceptional organizational skills will shine as you create and manage the customer communication calendar, ensuring timely delivery of critical business communications. Moreover, you will maintain a balance by protecting our customers from excessive messaging, prioritizing relevance and engagement. Develop and execute campaign strategies across customer lifecycle (awareness, activation, adoption, renewal, upsell) to achieve business and adoption objectives Build, test, and optimize email campaigns to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Develop a deep understanding of the product and use it to craft engaging and relevant content and collaterals, including copy, visuals, and calls to action. Set up email automation workflows; schedule, send, and track email campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mail chimp) to nurture leads and drive conversions. Own campaign performance metrics and align them to key business and revenue metrics including customer acquisition and install base expansion.

Experience & Education

Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and love to build things from scratch Solid understanding of email marketing standard processes, segmentation, and A/B testing. Strong writing and editing chops, with a talent for distilling sophisticated ideas into plain language across long-form, short form and video content. You love to build relationships and delight customers because you know loyal customers equals higher LTV. And you don’t need to google “LTV” Analytical mentality with the ability to interpret and act on data. Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus. Experience with marketing automation tools and digital marketing tech stack is a huge plus (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Pendo, Hot jar, Data box, Elementor, Unbounce, etc)
