Job Overview

We are seeking a Fresher-level Packer to join our team in Coimbatore. This full-time position requires 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Packer will be responsible for ensuring that products are packed carefully and accurately, maintaining the high standards of quality that Vilvah Store is known for.

  • Physical Stamina (Mandatory skill): Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the packing process.
  • Efficiency (Mandatory skill): Ability to pack products quickly and effectively without compromising quality.
  • Packing (Mandatory skill): Proficient in various packing techniques to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Attention to Detail: Use keen precision to ensure products are packed correctly and in good condition.
  • Organization: Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficient packing processes.
  • Time Management: Manage time effectively to meet packing deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet Vilvah Stores standards.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Carefully pack skincare products according to company standards and specifications.
  • Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding packaging and safety.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient packing and shipping processes.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages to the warehouse manager.
  • Assist in loading and unloading products as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
