• Developing andimplementing clinical care pathways and treatment plans based onAyurvedic principles
• Leading and managing ateam of Ayurvedic practitioners and supportstaff
• Ensuring compliance with all legal andregulatory requirements related to Ayurvedicmedicine
• Conducting patient consultations andproviding personalized Ayurvedic treatmentrecommendations
• Monitoring patient progress andadjusting treatment plans asnecessary
• Collaborating with other healthcareprofessionals to integrate Ayurvedic practices into holisticpatient care
• Participating in continuouseducation and training to stay updated with advancements inAyurvedic medicine
• Contributing to thedevelopment of Ayurvedic research and clinicaltrials
• Overseeing the procurement and qualitycontrol of herbal remedies and Ayurvedicmedicines

RequiredQualifications

• Doctorate in AyurvedaMedicine (MD Ayurveda) from a recognizedinstitution
• Licensure to practice Ayurvedicmedicine in the relevant location
• Minimum 5years of experience practicing Ayurvedic medicine with at least 2years in a leadership or supervisoryrole
• Proven expertise in developing andimplementing Ayurvedic treatment plans andtherapies
• Strong knowledge of herbal remediesAyurvedic pharmacology and traditional healingtechniques
• Excellent communicationinterpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability towork effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcareteam
• Demonstrated commitment to continuousprofessional development and learning
