Keyresponsibilities
- Identify and sourcequalified IT professionals who are on bench through variouschannels.
- Engage with candidates conductinitial screenings and assess their skill sets andexperience.
- Develop and maintain relationshipswith candidates to understand their career goals andaspirations.
- Collaborate with the sales andaccount management teams to identify client requirements and alignsuitable candidates.
- Execute effective benchsales strategies to place qualified IT professionals into clientprojects.
- Manage the endtoend recruitmentprocess including interview coordination offer negotiation andonboarding.
- Build and maintain a strongpipeline of potential candidates for futurerequirements.
- Drive business growth by meetingand exceeding sales targets through successful placement ofcandidates.
- Consistently provide excellentcustomer service to both candidates and clients ensuring smooth andpositive experiences.
- Utilize variousrecruitment tools and platforms to expand candidate reach andimprove sourcing capabilities.
- Stay updated onindustry trends market conditions and competition to adaptrecruitment strategies accordingly.
- Participatein client meetings to understand their needs address concerns andbuild longterm partnerships.
- Contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of recruitment and sales strategiesto achieve organizational goals.
- Generate andmaintain accurate documentation and reports related to candidateand client interactions.
- Ensure compliance withall applicable legal and regulatory standards in the recruitmentand placementprocess.
Requiredqualifications
- Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
- Proven experience in US IT staffing andbench sales ideally in a senior or leadershiprole.
- Demonstrated success in meeting andexceeding sales targets in the IT staffingindustry.
- Strong understanding of the ITindustry including various technologies trends and skill sets indemand.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build clientrelationships.
- Proficiency in utilizingrecruitment and sales tools such as applicant tracking systems CRMsoftware and social media platforms.
- Ability toeffectively multitask prioritize and manage a highvolumerecruitment pipeline.
- Demonstrated negotiationand persuasion skills to secure favorable candidate placements andclient agreements.
- Sound knowledge ofemployment laws compliance regulations and ethical recruitmentpractices.
- Proactive and resultsdriven mindsetwith the ability to adapt to dynamic marketconditions.
- Strong organizational skills withkeen attention to detail in documentation and processmanagement.
- Capability to work independentlyand as part of a collaborative team in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Professional certifications inrecruitment and sales strategies are aplus.
- Ability to travel as needed for clientmeetings and industry events.
- Proven trackrecord of building and maintaining a strong network of candidateand clientcontacts.
