Join us in a pivotal role where youllcollaborate with Onshore and Offshore management teams to championsafety. Reporting to the Head of QHSE youll take charge of ensuringfull compliance with internal and HSE legal requirements. Act as akey supervisor to Offshore HSE Representatives providing coachingmentoring and support to maximize visibility atworksites.

As a senior figure within the HSEfunction youll work independently alongside the Head of QHSE andQuality Supervisor. Your role involves reporting concerns ornoncompliances collaborating with management teams to findsolutions. Additionally youll assist the Head of QHSE inimplementing and monitoring health safety and environmentmatters.

Based in the UK youll visit the BristolOffice biweekly fostering close relationships with Project/RigManagers. Regular visits to assigned vessels and activeparticipation in kickoff meetings ensure effective communicationand relationship building. TheJob

As the HSE Supervisor youwill:

  • Supervise support and guide theOffshore Leadership Team under your assigned vessel(s) to achieveHSE excellence.
  • Collaborate with Offshore HSERepresentative to identify trends improvement opportunities andclose outstanding QHSE actions.
  • Share trendinformation and maintain effective communication with other HSESupervisors to ensure uniform practices across thefleet.
  • Review and file HSE reports sourcingindustry alerts to highlight awareness among HSESupervisors.
  • Promote HSE Excellence by changingbehaviors mindsets and culture within the offshoreteam.
  • Maintain regular communication with HSERepresentatives addressing concerns and receivingfeedback.
  • Provide HSE assistance for Managementof Change (MoC) under your assignedvessel.
  • Lead and participate in the IncidentInvestigation process ensuring quality investigations and vesselvisits if required.
  • Conduct safety training andHSE coaching offshore as needed.
  • Assist theHead of QHSE in implementing Geoquip Marine IMS policies andprocedures for legal and compliancemanagement.
  • Represent the companys HSE functionpositively setting a leadership example.
  • Liaisewith the Head of QHSE to support HSE legal compliance inoperations.
  • Steward the direction andimplementation of the Observation cardsystem.
  • Monitor Action Management registers andMy Compliance reviews driving timelycloseouts.
  • Participate in system audits andlead when required.
  • Assist the Head of QHSE incompiling HSE statistical information.
  • Upholdenvironmental protection efforts.
  • Undertake anyother duties within your competence andfunction.
