DescriptionWeare seeking a motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join oursmallscale manufacturing team in Pune Maharashtra. The idealcandidate will have a passion for engineering and a strong desireto contribute to the development of innovative manufacturingsolutions. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible fordesigning testing and improving mechanical systems and componentsto meet our production needs. You will collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure that our products are manufacturedefficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities
  • Designand develop mechanical components and systems for manufacturingprojects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies andtesting of prototypes to evaluate designperformance.
  • Collaborate with production teamsto ensure that designs are practical andcosteffective.
  • Analyze engineering problems andpropose innovative solutions to optimizeprocesses.
  • Prepare technical documentation andreports related to designs and projectprogress.
  • Assist in troubleshooting andresolving mechanical failures and issues duringproduction.
  • Stay updated on industry trendsmaterials and technologies to inform designdecisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred (notmandatory).
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in CADsoftware (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) is anadvantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in ateamoriented environment.
  • Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written.
  • Akeen attention to detail and strong organizationalskills.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing orengineering roles is a plus but notrequired.
