Role Overview  

Do you thrive on solving business challenges, improving processes, and uncovering actionable insights? At ELT, we’re seeking an MIS Analyst who excels at turning complex problems into efficient solutions and enjoys working in a dynamic, Zoho-powered ecosystem.

As the MIS Analyst, you will drive ELT's data operations by creating, managing, and optimising reporting systems. Collaborating across departments, you’ll ensure seamless data analysis and reporting, develop automated processes, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing MIS team.

 

Key Responsibilities  

1. Process Automation & Reporting  

  • Design and implement automated processes for generating MIS reports.

  • Create insightful, timely, and accurate reports, including historical and comparative analyses.

  • Ensure a consistent schedule of reports—daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly—tailored to business needs.

2. Data Management & Enrichment  

  • Manage, clean, and enrich data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Lead data-scraping efforts from various sources, handling both complex and simple data structures.

3. Zoho Ecosystem Expertise  

  • Work within the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Analytics, Books, People, Payroll, Projects, and Creator.

  • Quickly learn and adapt to Zoho tools to support cross-departmental needs.

4. Team Building & Leadership  

  • Build, train, and lead an MIS team to support growing organizational needs.

  • Define team roles and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.

5. Strategic Insights & Collaboration  

  • Share actionable insights derived from data analysis to assist management in decision-making.

  • Act as a bridge between the founders/management and operational teams for data-driven discussions.

 

Qualifications & Skills  

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, and analytics roles.

  • Proficiency in the Zoho ecosystem or other ERP systems (with the ability to learn quickly).

  • Advanced skills in Excel, data visualisation tools, and process automation techniques.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset.

  • Leadership experience, with a proven ability to build and manage teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
